The Dissent Begins: ActsFive29 Coalition to Pray and Risk Arrest at White House

Citizens rally against the ObamaCare abortion mandate on June 8.

A coalition of citizens is organizing a peaceful prayer vigil and rally at the White House to protest the Obama administration's HHS mandate, which it characterizes as an unlawful government demand that citizens bow down to policies that they believe are intrinsically evil.  The vigil and associated activities are planned for Sept. 28-30, and will include a group walk to a site directly in front of the White House, where participants plan to risk arrest by refusing to leave if police order them to disperse.

The coalition has taken the name ActsFive29, referring to the Bible verse that reads: “Peter and the other apostles replied, “We must obey God rather than man.”

Participating organizations include:

Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust
Christian Defense Coalition
Stand Up For Religious Freedom
Pro-life Action League
CEC for Life
Operation Rescue

The  founding declaration of ActsFive29 states: "For the faith community, we can never be silent or indifferent when it comes to matters of justice, human rights and religious liberty.  We want to make it clear to President Obama and all public officials that we would rather spend time in a dark prison cell than be coerced into complying with an immoral and unjust government mandate...We will stand against injustice even if that means going to jail!"

"Again, the government is threatening to take the freedoms of its people — of the preborn, and of the multitude who in good conscience cannot and will not participate in their killing. This is our Birmingham. We must risk arrest, or we must resign ourselves to the betrayal of our fellow men, of our God. Arrest is not immoral, nor is it wrong: sometimes it is the duty of a people holding their country accountable, and we are a country built on shoulders of men who risked war, arrest, false accusations of treachery, to protect these God-given, 'self-evident' rights."

Iranian Pastor, Freed from Prison, Sends Message of Thanks to Supporters

Christian Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani embraces his wife on release from an Iranian prison Sept, 8.

Christian Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani wrote the following letter to all those who supported him and his stand for Christ, “the cause that I defend,” following his release after nearly 3 years of illegal imprisonment in Iran for his faith.
Not to us, LORD, not to us, but to Your Name be glory, for Your faithfulness, for Your loyalty…. Psalm 115:1
Salaam! (Peace be upon you!)
I glorify and give grace to the Lord with all my heart. I am grateful for all the blessings that He gave me during my whole life. I am especially grateful for His goodness and divine protection that characterized the time of my detention.
I also want to express my gratitude towards those who, all around the world, have worked for my cause, or should I say the cause that I defend. I want to express my gratitude to all of those who have supported me, openly or in complete secrecy. You are all very dear to my heart. May the Lord bless you and give you His perfect and sovereign Grace.
Indeed I have been put to the test, the test of faith which is, according to the Scriptures “more precious than perishable gold.” But I have never felt loneliness, I was all the time aware of the fact that it wasn’t a solitary battle, for I have felt all the energy and support of those who obeyed their conscience and fought for the promotion of the justice and the rights of all human beings. Thanks to these efforts, I have now the enormous joy to be by my wonderful wife and my children. I am grateful for these people through whom God has been working. All of this is very encouraging.
During that period, I had the opportunity to experience in a marvelous way the Scripture that says: “Indeed, as the sufferings of Christ abound for us, our encouragement abound through Christ.” He has comforted my family and has given them the means to face that difficult situation. In His Grace, He provided for their spiritual and material needs, taking away from me a heavy weight.
The Lord has wonderfully provided through the trial, allowing me to face the challenges that were in front of me. As the Scriptures says, “He will not allow us to be tested beyond our strength….”
Despite the fact that I have been found guilty of apostasy according to a certain reading of the Shar’ia, I am grateful that He gave the leaders of the country, the wisdom to break that judgment taking into account other facts of that same Shar’ia. It is obvious that the defenders of the Iranian right and the legal experts have made an important effort to enforce the law and the right. I want to thank those who have defended the right until the end.
I am happy to live in a time where we can take a critical and constructive look to the past. This has allowed the writing of universal texts aiming at the promotion of the rights of man. Today, we are debtors of these efforts provided by dear people who have worked for the respect of human dignity and have passed on to us these universal significant texts.
I am also debtor of those who have faithfully passed on the Word of God, that very Word who makes us heirs of God.
Before ending, I want to express a prayer for the establishment of an unending and universal peace, so that the will of the Father be done on earth as it is in heaven. Indeed, everything passes, but the Word of God, source of all peace, will last eternally.
May the grace and mercy of God be multiplied to you. Amen!

Attack on the Family: France Set to Ban Words 'Mother' and 'Father' from Official Documents

The British newspaper The Telegraph reports Sept. 25 that the government of France is set to ban the words "mother" and "father" from all official documents under controversial plans to legalize gay marriage.

According to The Telegraph:

The move, which has outraged Catholics, means only the word "parents" would be used in identical marriage ceremonies for all heterosexual and same-sex couples.
The draft law states that "marriage is a union of two people, of different or the same gender".
It says all references to "mothers and fathers" in the civil code – which enshrines French law – will be swapped for simply "parents".
The law would also give equal adoption rights to homosexual and heterosexual couples.
Justice Minister Christiane Taubira told France's Catholic newspaper La Croix: "Who is to say that a heterosexual couple will bring a child up better than a homosexual couple, that they will guarantee the best conditions for the child's development?"

Pope Benedict Urges Christian Leaders in the Public Square to Defend Life and Marriage

Pope Benedict XVI meeting with political leaders at Castel Gandolfo, Italy, Sept. 22.

On Saturday, Sept. 24, Benedict XVI addressed participants from a meeting of the Christian/Centrist Democrat international organization’s Executive Committee, which took place on Sept. 21 in Rome.

The Pontiff urged the political leaders to bring the Christian principal of human dignity into the public square with renewed vigor: “This commitment must not lessen or decrease; rather, it must be proffered with renewed vitality, in view of the persistence and, in some cases, the worsening of the problems we are facing,” he added.

In these difficult economic times Christians are called to act with a “prophetic spirit,” the Pontiff urged. A spirit, he explained, “capable of seeing in these transformations the unceasing and mysterious presence of God in history - and thus to shoulder their newly emerging responsibilities with realism, confidence and hope.”

Benedict XVI urged them to act with confidence and to base their civil and political activity on solid ethical foundations, “the lack of which in the economic field has helped to create the current global financial crisis.”
The central and indispensable goal of political commitment must be the search for the common good, the Pope recommended, and the promotion and protection of the dignity of the human person.

The Holy Father criticized the way in which fundamental human needs are often met with “cursory, superficial and short-term responses.”

There is a need for a commitment to respect life from conception to natural death, the Pope said. This means rejecting abortion, euthanasia and any form of eugenics, he explained. He also insisted on respecting marriage “as an indissoluble union between a man and a woman and, in its turn, as the foundation for the community of family life.”

“The authentic progress of human society cannot forgo policies aimed at protecting and promoting marriage, and the community that derives there from,” he continued.

The defence and promotion of human dignity have been entrusted to us by the Creator and in particular to those called to political office, the Pope concluded.

A transcript of his address is available here.

Laity Urged:Ask Vatican and Bishops to Denounce and Fight Gates Foundation Drive for Contraception

Instead of funding medical care, Melinda Gates is spending $120 million to make sure babies are not born. Where are the Catholic bishops in this fight?

Life Site News analyst Matthew Cullinan Hoffman presents a scathing critique of U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops' inaction on the much-publicized campaign by Melinda Gates to fund contraceptive and abortifactant drugs to poor developing sector families: "Where are the Church’s leaders, the bishops, in this moment of crisis?' Hoffman asks. "Archbishop Dolan, President of the USCCB, only recently admitted that the hierarchy 'forfeited the chance to be a coherent moral voice when it comes to one of the more burning issues of the day,' by failing to communicate the Church’s teaching on artificial birth control to the faithful in recent decades."

Is it because the USCCB's international aid agency receives millions from billionaire Bill Gates's foundation? Hoffman asks again.

Read the full text of Hoffman's analysis and take note of his final section:

Although the USCCB has shown great signs of improvement of late on matters related to human life and family, it may have reasons for staying silent about Melinda Gates’ contraceptive campaign.
The USCCB’s international aid agency, Catholic Relief Services (CRS), receives tens of millions of dollars from the Gates Foundation itself, and repeats the organization’s claim that it is “guided by the belief that every life has equal value,” adding that “the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation works to help all people lead healthy, productive lives.”

CRS’ relationship with the Gates Foundation creates an obvious conflict of interest. Moreover, as LifeSiteNews.com has reported recently, CRS itself has been involved in the promotion of birth control, and has donated millions of dollars to a contraceptive-distributing organization known as CARE.

These unsavory relationships would likely be embarrassing to the bishops if they were to speak forcefully and clearly against Gates’ horrendous campaign.

 Laity Shares Responsibility
The responsibility for this sad situation, however, lies not only with the bishops, but also with the laity, who often fail to encourage the hierarchy to remain firm under pressure. The Code of Canon Law of the Catholic Church, however, establishes the right and even the duty of laymen to make their minds known to their prelates. Perhaps the bishops are only in need of some support from the faithful.

Assault on the Family: European Court to Decide If Lesbian Adoption Trumps a Father’s Rights

The European Court of Human Rights will decide if a lesbian can adopt her partner’s child, in this case stripping the father of his parental rights to his son.

NEW YORK, September 21 (C-FAM) Europe’s highest court on human rights will decide if a lesbian can adopt her partner’s child, in this case stripping the father of his parental rights to his son. The case is very simple according to Gregor Puppinck of the European Centre for Law and Justice (ECLJ).  “The two female partners want to oust the father and, since the law does not allow them to do so, they claim it is discriminatory,” Gregor reported in TurtleBayandBeyond (C-FAM’s blog).

The Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights will hear the case X and others v. Austria on October 3.  Its decision will apply to all 47 countries in the Council of Europe and cannot be appealed.

Austria’s attorney has pointed out that most European countries do not allow a child to have two mothers or two fathers. A homosexual rights attorney who brought the case argued that this is sexual discrimination.
The child was born out of wedlock in 1995. He bears his father’s name. While the mother has sole custody, the father has regular contact with his son and pays alimony.

The boy lives with his mother and her partner. The lesbian couple wants to be recognized as a “family” by the law, although according to Austrian law, the child will reach the age of majority within the year. They argue the father “failed to give a valid reason” for refusing to give up his parental rights so that the lesbian partner can replace him.

Austria allows a step-parent to adopt a child if the estranged parent consents or a court decides the parent is abusive or completely disinterested in the child. The parent then loses all personal and legal bonds, including the right to see the child.

Austrian authorities determined that adoption would be not be in the interest of the child, that a woman cannot replace a father, and there was no cause for depriving the father of his rights.
According to the Statement of Facts compiled by the European Court of Human Rights, a District Court refused to allow the adoption in 2005 based on Austria’s Civil Code which recognizes adoption by one person replaces the natural parent of that same sex, and severs the relationship between the child and that natural parent.

A Regional Court dismissed an appeal in 2006, observing that when a child has both parents there is no need to replace one of them.

The Supreme Court also dismissed their appeal. It noted that adoption aims to put children in situations as close as possible to the natural family, entrusting suitable people with the education and custody of orphans or of children whose parents could not take care of them.

“Not only are children shifted around following the swing of adults’ love affairs and separated from their father or mother because of divorce," Puppinck said, "Now adults should allegedly be allowed to falsify children’s filiation to satisfy their own desires and wipe out their past."

It is unclear whether the father is aware of the court proceedings since the lesbian couple is pursuing the case anonymously. Nothing indicates the boy’s opinion.  The same lawyer – Helmut Graupner, legal counsel of ILGA-Europe – represents the women and the boy.

48 Hours for Religious Freedom: September 22-23

48 Hours for Religious Freedom  is a worldwide gathering of people of faith to raise international awareness about religious discrimination and persecution so that, together, we can stand against discrimination and persecution wherever they occur.

This initiative seeks to encourage men and women of goodwill around the globe to stand with the persecuted Church.

On September 8, 2012, Iran released Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani, an Iranian pastor who had been imprisoned for his Christian faith for nearly three years under the threat of execution for his faith. His release demonstrates how the prayer and mobilization can set captives free.

We call on all persons of good will interested in defending the freedoms of religion and conscience to join together during the weekend of September 22-23, 2012, by publicizing Christian persecution stories through various activities consistent with your respective tradition and liturgy, such as holding a night of adoration, a candlelight vigil, engaging in a period of prayer, encouraging members of your congregation to write letters of encouragement to imprisoned Christians, organizing a special worship service, organizing a program to educate people about the dangers and prevalence of religious discrimination, calling on members of all faiths to write respectful letters calling for religious freedom. Together we can make a difference.

This year, the initiative “48 Hours for Religious Freedom” is dedicated in particular to the situation of the persecuted Church in Iran. Iranian Christians daily face persecution for their faith. It is illegal in Iran for Christians to worship or own a Bible in their native tongue. Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani, who was recently released after three years of imprisonment, faced possible execution in Iran because he chose to follow Christ.

Through this website http://48hoursforfreedom.org/ , you will find information about Christians persecuted in Iran, as well as other materials to assist you in participating in this event. It is our hope that this will be just the first step in standing for freedom of religion and conscience and against religious discrimination and persecution around the globe.

From Our Friend, George Neumayr: Dhimmitude, Obama-Style

Obama bows to Saudi visitors.

The American Spectator had this column yesterday on the implications of the President's submission to Islam.

The only religion for which liberals make excuses is the most illiberal one -- Islam. While they interpret Christianity in the worst possible light -- the Obama administration places Catholic and Evangelical opponents of gay marriage in the same moral category as racists -- they cast Islam in the rosiest one. It is a "great religion," pronounced Hillary Clinton last week, even as its adherents set fire to embassies and cheered the killing of U.S. diplomats and Navy Seals.

The more violence Islam produces, the more liberals insist it is "peaceful." The cravenness would be comic were its implications not so serious. Last week self-styled Voltairean liberals, who normally gush about the glories of free speech, popped up on mindless morning shows to endorse the imprisonment of Islam's critics. MSNBC pundit Mike Barnicle encouraged the Justice Department to round up Florida pastor Terry Jones as an "accessory" to crimes. Barnicle's colleagues appeared untroubled by his fascistic suggestion. One even chimed in that "I was thinking the same thing."

So much for fighting to the death for free speech. Nor did anyone in the Obama administration, chock-a-block full of former ACLU staffers, balk at the administration's pressure on YouTube to take down the "Innocence of Muslims" video. Suddenly limits on art make sense to liberals. The Obama administration didn't succeed, but they certainly tried. Perhaps while they are it they should ask Barnes and Noble to confiscate all copies of Dante's Inferno, as he places Mohammed in hell.

Since when has the left cared about the dangers of free speech? Art is "provocation," liberals lectured Americans appalled by Robert Mapplethorpe's crucifix-in-urine photographs. Free speech should be "robust," they used to say, so as to dislodge important truths. But now the "feelings" of viewers are paramount, provided that the viewers are Muslims, not Christians. Obama supporter Tom Hanks, who has called Christian opponents of gay marriage "un-American," had no problem acting out the vile lies of Dan Brown.

The RPG-wielding terrorists in Libya hadn't seen the YouTube video and it is not clear that they even have human feelings. No matter. The Obama administration is sticking to this story, as it absolves the president of the bloody fiasco's real causes: his gross lack of security vigilance on a 9/11 anniversary and his utterly naïve approach to militant Islam.

This national humiliation derives in large part from his preference for anti-American Muslim democracies to pro-American dictators. Just as Carter preferred popular ayatollahs to unpopular monarchs, so Obama prefers the Muslim Brotherhood to the Mubaraks. The grim irony in all his blather about the "Arab Spring" is that it didn't even involve the promotion of Islam's moderate, pro-American variants.

Moderate Muslims have persistently complained that the Obama administration tends to side with democratically-elected theocrats over them. Due to his reflexive Islamophilia, Obama will never acknowledge Islam's role in terrorism. Muslim terrorists have shot up a military base at Fort Hood, tried to blow up a plane over Detroit, attempted to bomb tourists in Times Square, and now killed our diplomats abroad. Meanwhile, Eric Holder refuses to let Justice Department officials identify "radical Islam" as a motive for terrorism and Obama security adviser John Brennan holds that jihad is a harmless concept of self-improvement "meaning to purify oneself or one's community."

Obama says that America must not compromise its "values" in pursuit of the enemy, even as he sells out the First Amendment to jihadists. He will let America's enemies define the limits of free speech. One should not shout fire in a crowded theater, defenders of the president might say. But actually Oliver Wendell Holmes said this admonition only applied to "falsely shouting fire in a theater." The thrust of hate-crime-style liberalism is to prevent people from shouting fire when the theater is actually burning.

Liberals prefer the suspension of free speech to the expression of certain unpleasant truths that they do not want to hear lest those truths contradict state propaganda. What makes speech about Islam "irresponsible" to them is not that it is false but that it is true. Muslim mobs dragging diplomats through the streets and torching embassies conformed perfectly to the stereotype to which they were allegedly objecting. According to the Obama administation, we are not supposed to notice the smoke from these burning embassies lest it lead us to shout fire about Islam's theology of jihad. That's, as Hillary's embassy officials in Cairo might say, an "abuse" of free speech.

Florida Family Facing Fines for Hosting Prayer Meeting

A living room prayer meeting. Now to be regulated by the government?

A Florida family is facing fines for hosting a weekly Bible study in their home – an act that city officials argue violates zoning codes.

Shane and Marlen Roessiger, of Venice, Fla. are facing a $250 per day fine for hosting Friday night prayer and Bible study gatherings that are attended by as many as 10 people.

“It is difficult to understand how it is illegal to have a prayer meeting on Friday night with a half dozen people but it is alright if I invited the same group on Monday evening to watch Monday night Football,” Roessiger said.

The Roessigers are also facing a fine for putting a small sign in their front yard that reads: “Need Prayer (941) 484-4915.”
“It’s a weekly Bible study,” said Brad Dacus, president of the Pacific Justice Institute. “It’s the same kind of Bible study that occurs in households across America.”

The Pacific Justice Institute is representing the Roessigers as they fight back against the city’s attacks. Dacus said they are hearing of a number of assaults on home Bible studies across the nation.

“They are having a specific problem with this family solely because they are having family and friends over to read the bible and pray,” Dacus told Fox News. “That may be fine in some tyrannical parts of the world. That is not okay in the United States of America.”

Obama Administration Seeking Application of Sharia Blasphemy Laws in United States?

There are signs that some in the Obama administration may be sympathetic to the infiltration of Sharia-law style blasphemy laws into U.S. jurisprudence.

In a Constitution Subcommittee hearing on Capitol Hill Sept. 17, Congressman Trent Franks (AZ-02) questioned Assistant Attorney General, Thomas Perez, over the Administration's commitment to 1st Amendment rights. Franks' questions were prompted by a Daily Caller article from late last year in which Perez was quoted as warmly embracing the proposals of Islamist advocates in a meeting at George Washington University, among them a request for "a legal declaration that U.S. citizens' criticism of Islam constitutes racial discrimination."

Perez reportedly ended the meeting with an enthusiastic closing speech and was quoted as saying, "I sat here the entire time, taking notes...I have some very concrete thoughts ... in the aftermath of this."

In yesterday's hearing, Chairman Franks asked Perez to affirm that the Administration would "never entertain or advance a proposal that criminalizes speech against any religion?" Perez refused.

Dr. Mosher Thinks Coerced Abortions Will Continue in China

Chinese police restrain a demonstrator at a rally against the government's one-child policy.

BEIJING, September 19, 2012, (LifeSiteNews.com) — “Reports that the Chinese Party-State has ended its practice of forcibly aborting women pregnant in violation of the one-child policy are premature,” says Steven Mosher, an internationally recognized authority on China and population issues, as well as an acclaimed author, speaker, and president of the Population Research Institute (PRI).

Mosher, who blew the whistle on forced abortions in China back in 1980, points out that “The Chinese Party-State has asserted for over three decades that the one-child policy is ‘entirely voluntary.’ But this assertion of ‘voluntarism’ is no more true now than it was when I saw women who were five, seven, and even nine months pregnant held down on the operating table and aborted. Women continue to be arrested, aborted, and sterilized against their will at this very moment.”

The claim that China has ended its cruel and inhuman practice of forced abortions originates with the All Girls Allowed (AGA) anti-one child policy organization, which reached this conclusion after learning that a Chinese government “document [was issued] to Family Planning offices that bans forced abortion and sterilization.”

“I do not doubt that such a document was issued,” maintains Mosher. “Indeed, I expected that the Chinese government would engage in exactly this kind of damage control. After all, the recent spate of adverse publicity generated by blind activist Chen Guangcheng’s flight into exile, and Feng Jianmei’s brutal forced abortion at seven months gestation, has made hundreds of millions of people around the world and inside of China aware of its crimes against humanity. The Chinese Party-State, which is responsible for such criminal acts, has lost face, and is now trying to recover.”

“Coercion will continue,” Mosher went on. “How will officials successfully extort huge fines from women and their families for violating the one-child policy if they can’t threaten women with forced abortion and sterilization for not paying up?”

This latest document will no more end forced abortion than did the 2002 Population and Family Planning Law of the People’s Republic of China, Article 4 of which directed population control officials to “enforce the law in a civil manner, and [they may] not infringe upon legitimate rights and interests of citizens.”
“Forced abortions and other abuses won’t end,” notes Mosher, “until the Chinese Party-State not only abandons the one-child policy, but abandons its Maoist-Marxist belief that it has the right to control the reproduction of human beings under a state plan.”

Progressives' Attack on the Family: Long Island Town Bans Father-Daughter/Mother-Son Activities

Banned in Rhode Island: Father-Daughter Dances

The school system in the town of Cranston, Rhode Island, has been bullied into banning traditional "father-daughter" and "mother-son" activities, saying they violate state law.

Supt. Judith Lundsten said the move was triggered by a letter ifrom the American Civil Liberties Union on behalf of a single mom who had complained that her daughter had not been able to attend her father-daughter dance.

Lundsten said school attorneys found while federal Title IX legislation banning gender discrimination gives an exemption for "father-son" and "mother-daughter" events, Rhode Island law doesn't.

The new ban was brought to light Monday by Sean Gately, a Republican running for the state Senate, who said if elected he will work to change the state law.

Karl Marx Would Agree
Perhaps the ACLU took this page from Karl Marx's Communist Manfesto when it came up with the plan to ban father-daughter and mother-son social events in schools:

"On what foundation is the present family, the bourgeois family, based? On capital, on private gain. In its completely developed form, this family exists only among the bourgeoisie. But this state of things finds its complement in the practical absence of the family among the proletarians, and in public prostitution.
The bourgeois family will vanish as a matter of course when its complement vanishes, and both will vanish with the vanishing of capital.

"Do you charge us with wanting to stop the exploitation of children by their parents? To this crime we plead guilty.

"But, you say, we destroy the most hallowed of relations, when we replace home education by social.
And your education! Is not that also social, and determined by the social conditions under which you educate, by the intervention direct or indirect, of society, by means of schools, &c.? The Communists have not invented the intervention of society in education; they do but seek to alter the character of that intervention, and to rescue education from the influence of the ruling class.

"The bourgeois clap-trap about the family and education, about the hallowed co-relation of parents and child, becomes all the more disgusting, the more, by the action of Modern Industry, all the family ties among the proletarians are torn asunder, and their children transformed into simple articles of commerce and instruments of labour."

Rev. Marcel Guarnizo: Time to Ponder Your Strategy of Dissent

Father Marcel Guarnizo, former associate parochial vicar at St. John Neumann parish in Gaithersburg, Maryland, spoke to a crowd of demonstrators in front of the offices of late-term abortionist Leroy Carhart yesterday. Father Guarnizo appeared with well-known anti-abortion activist Lila Rose, founder of the Live Action organization, which has recently opened Washington, D.C. regional offices.
Father Guarnizo outlined the relationship between the loss of cultural freedoms that began with the Supreme Court's Roe vs. Wade decision, and the loss of political freedoms we now face in the United States.  Americans must begin now to think through a strategy of dissent to the policies associated with the Obama administration's abortion mandate, he said.
Both speeches are shown here in full.

You Are Invited: Rally for Life in Gaithersburg, Maryland

Rev. Guarnizo speaks at a previous rally at the Gaithersburg clinic of late term abortionist Leroy Carhart.
A coalition of pro-life groups will rally at 10 a.m. on Monday, September 17 in front of the offices of late term abortionist LeRoy Carhart in Gaithersburg, Maryland, to spotlight the leading issue in the fight to defend religious freedom in the United States: the continuing destruction of unborn babies in their mothers’ wombs. Approximately 55 million babies have been killed before birth since the U.S. Supreme Court’s 1973 Roe vs. Wade decision.
The featured speakers are Lila Rose, president of Live Action, and Father Marcel Guarnizo, founder of the Educational Initiative for Central and Eastern Europe. Father Guarnizo is well known in Gaithersburg as the former priest in residence at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, who was asked to leave his position in the aftermath of a controversy involving the gay activist lobby. He has charged in previous rally appearances that Leroy Carhart is personally responsible for the murder of more human beings than any individual member of the Nazi leadership of Germany during World War II.
Time: 10 a.m.
Date: Monday, September 17, 2012
Address: Wisteria Drive & Executive Park Terrace, Gaithersburg, MD 20874
 About Lila Rose
